We got great value for our money at this villa. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. The location was perfect, close to the falls and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The staff treated us well and were always available to help if needed.

The hotel breakfast could be improved with a larger dining table that can accommodate more people.

stayed in niagara falls before, but this villa was a delightful surprise! the spacious layout and high ceilings made it so comfortable to relax. loved the efficient AC and heating unit. the small wood work desk was perfect for getting work done. overall, a lovely place to stay!

The open layout of the villa was perfect for our group, allowing us to have shared conversations while still doing our own thing. It was so relaxing to just sit and unwind in that space. the location was also great, in a quiet area but still close to all the attractions and Clifton Hill. Another advantage was the excellent AC and heating unit, which worked efficiently and quietly.

One thing that bothered us was the lack of a big cooking pot for making soup or pasta. We managed with what was available in the kitchen, but it would have been more convenient to have a proper cooking pot.
